Broccoli Aloo aur Paneer ki Sabzi Recipe – Ingredients, Method of Cooking

Broccoli Aloo aur Paneer ki Sabzi has a very good combination of broccoli, potatoes and paneer. It is quiet colorful and tastes awesome. It is very healthy and prepared with a tomato gravy.

  • 1 teaspoon for Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup peeled white baby onions
  • 1 cup Potatoes cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 2-3 tablespoon Water
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1/2 cup Paneer (Cottage cheese) cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
  • Salt as per taste

Method for making Broccoli Aloo aur Paneer Ki Sabzi

  • Take a pan. Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and the baby onions and saute for a while.
  • Add the potatoes and salt and fry for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add water, broccoli and fry till the potatoes are done.
  • Now add the paneer and chilli flakes.
  • Mix well and saute for 4-5 minutes.
  • Broccoli Aloo aur Paneer Ki Sabzi is ready to serve.
