Ingredients for making Cheesy Stuffed Potatoes

  • 4 boiled large Potatoes with skin
  • Salt as per taste

For the stuffing

  • 1 cup grated Paneer (Cottage cheese)
  • 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese / cooking cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Celery
  • 3 finely chopped Green chillies
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried mixed herbs
  • Salt as per taste

Method for making Cheesy Stuffed Potatoes

  • Cut the potatoes into two halves horizontally.
  • Now, using a spoon, scoop a little of the centres of all the potato halves, so that a space for filling is made.
  • Sprinkle some salt over the potato halves.
  • Take a bowl. Add the paneer, mozzarella cheese, cellery, Green chillies, mixed herbs and salt. Mix well.
  • Now, as the stuffing is ready, lets fill this mixture into the potato halves.
  • Pre heat the oven at 200 degree centigrade. Now bake it in this pre-heated oven for 4-5 minutes.
  • You can even stop baking till the cheese melts.
  • Cheesy stuffed Potatoes are ready to serve.
