Mustard seeds are small round seeds. Usually, these seeds are 1 or 2 millimeter in diameter. Mustard seeds are also known as “sarson” in Hindi/Urdu, which is quiet familiar. In many regional foods, mustard seeds are considered as one of the important spices. In North India and Nepal, these seeds are used as a spice.
