Paneer and Corn Sabzi Recipe – Ingredients, Method of Cooking

Paneer and Corn Sabzi is an awesome recipe. It is a quick and tasty recipe. It is prepared in a very easy manner. If once it is tasted, it makes the people hunger of it.

Paneer corn sabzi

Ingredients for making Paneer and Corn sabzi

  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup sliced Onion
  • 1 cup Sweet corn (makai ke dane)
  • 1/2 cup sliced Capsicum
  • 1 cup sliced Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon roasted Cumin (Jeera) powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 cup Paneer (Cottage cheese) cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • Salt as per taste

Method for making Paneer and Corn sabzi

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions.
  • Add the sweet corn and capsicum and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Now add the tomatoes and fry again for sometime.
  • Add the cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  • After 1-2 minutes, add the paneer and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  • Paneer and Corn sabzi is ready to serve.
