Paneer in White Gravy Recipe – Ingredients, Method of Cooking

White gravy gives a royal hue. But it is not that tough to make. Here, i have prepared a gravy, which is very easy and a quick recipe without wasting time. This, recipe can easily be prepared when there is less time to cook. Here, we have used only the onions.

Paneer in White Gravy

Ingredients for making Paneer in White Gravy

  • 2 cups Paneer (Cottage cheese) cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 3 tablespoon Fresh Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

To be ground to a fine paste

  • 1 cup chopped Onions
  • 4 cloves Garlic (Lahusan/Lasan)
  • 1/4 inch Ginger piece (Adhrakh)
  • 1 tablespoon Cashewnuts

Method for making Paneer in White Gravy

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the paste (ground paste) and fry for sometime.
  • Add the paneer, cream and milk.
  • Add 2 tablespoon water and cook for some more time.
  • Paneer in White gravy is ready to serve.
