Paneer Macaroni Recipe – Ingredients, Method of Cooking

Paneer Macaroni is very easy to make. It can be made as an evening snack or even for dinner. It is loved by kids. It has an unusual combination of paneer, mushrooms, capsicum, baby corn and macaroni. The shape of macaroni itself attracts the kids.

Ingredients for making Paneer Macaroni

  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil or Refined Oil
  • 2 medium sized onion cut into cubes
  • 2 medium sized Capsicum deseeded and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Paneer cubes
  • 1 cup Baby corn cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Tomato, take deseeded and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Mushroom cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Macaroni
  • 3 tablespoon Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Capsico sauce
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon Cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon Basil

Method for making Paneer Macaroni

  • Add water in a pan and bring it to boil. Add the macaroni and cook well till they are well done. Now, drain excess water and run cold water over the macaroni (so that the macaroni would not get over cook) and set aside.
  • In a non-sticky pan take oil, when it gets heated, add onions and capsicum. Saute for nearly 30 seconds.
  • Add paneer, baby corn, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Saute for 1 minute.
  • Now add the boiled macaroni.
  • Add tomato sauce, capsico sauce, salt, white pepper powder and cream.
  • Toss everything nicely.
  • Also add basil.
  • Paneer Macaroni is ready to serve.
