Paneer Pudina Tikki Recipe – Ingredients, Method of Cooking

Paneer Pudina Tikki is something new other than our old aloo tikki. The paneer lovers may rock, having this Tikki. This tikki is very awesome and easy to prepare. It is a lovely starter.

Ingredients for making Paneer Pudina Tikka

  • 1 cup grated Paneer (Cottage cheese)
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped Green chillies
  • 4 tablespoon finely chopped Mint (Pudina)
  • 1 tablespoon Cornflour
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 teaspoon Oil for Cooking
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala

Method for making Paneer Pudina Tikka

  • Take a bowl. Combine paneer, green chillies, mint, cornflour and salt. Mix well.
  • Now, take a portion of it and shape it to a round and flatten tikki.
  • In this way, make the remaining tikkis.
  • Take a non-stick pan and cook these tikkis, using little oil, till both the sides are golden brown.

How to serve

  • Sprinkle chaat masala over the tikkis.
  • Paneer Pudina Tikki is ready to serve.
