Apple Soya Shake Recipe – Ingredients, Method of Making

Apple Soya Shake is very healthy and easy to make. Here, we have used milk, soya milk and apples. A little cinnamon powder is added, which gives an awesome flavor to the shake. And as we have used sugar substitute here instead of sugar, it is highly healthful for the diabetic people.

Ingredients for making Apple Soya Shake

  • 3 chopped apples
  • 1 cup chilled Soya Milk
  • 2 cups chilled Low fat Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon (Dalchini) Powder
  • Sugar substitute to taste
  • Ice cubes

Method for making Apple Soya Shake

  • Using little milk, blend the apple and sugar substitute in a blender.
  • Now add the cinnamon powder, soya milk, milk and blend again.
  • Pour this into individual glasses and top with ice cubes.
  • Apple Soya shake is ready to serve.
