How to make Nariyal ke ladoo – Ingredients, Method

Nariyal ke Ladoo is a traditional Indian dessert. It is made all over the country and can easily be prepared at home. It is made using the coconut and khoya. It is flavored with the cardamom powder.

Ingredients for making Nariyal ke Ladoo

  • 250 grams Khoya (Mawa)
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 250 grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 300 grams Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder

Method for making Nariyal Ke Ladoo

  • Grate the khoya.
  • Take a pan. Heat the milk and add the khoya. Cook on a slow flame for 3-4 minutes.
  • Firstly add 200 grams desiccated coconut and remove from the fire.
  • Mix thoroughly and allow it to cool for sometime.
  • Then add the sugar and divide the mixture into 12 equal parts.
  • Shape each part of this mixture to a round ball shape. Now roll this ball in the remaining desiccated coconut.
  • Cool completely and Nariyal ke Ladoo is ready to serve.
