Paneer Kheer Recipe – Ingredients, Method of Cooking

Paneer Kheer is one of the unique recipe. I tried this recipe for my brother on raksha bandhan. My brother loves paneer and i thought of making something special with paneer. Suddenly, i got an idea of making kheer. Successfully, kheer was awesome and he liked it very very much. It is simple and one of the quickest recipe. This recipe is good for the diabetic people, as we have used sugar substitute.

Paneer Kheer

Ingredients for making Paneer Kheer

  • 3 cups Low fat Milk
  • 1 1/4 cup grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
  • 2 teaspoon Cornflour mixed with 1 tablespoon Low fat Milk
  • A pinch of Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
  • 3 teaspoon Sugar substitute

For Garnishing

  • 4-5 Almond
  • 6-7 Cashewnuts
  • 6-7 Pistachio

Method for making Paneer Kheer

  • Take a non-stick pan and add both the milk and paneer.
  • Stir continuously  on a simmer flame.
  • Now add the cardamom powder and sugar substitute and Mix well.
  • Serve chilled.


  • Garnish with grated Almond, Chopped Pistachio and Cashewnuts.
